I have seen a lot of customers have products in their carts but unfortunately have not completed the order process. A MailBee would be great to remind the customer that he has an open cart with products. A similar contrib. is available, but a MailBee would be great!

when the cronjob has run, no email is sent back to the store owner with detailled information. it should be the same email that will be send after running the modules by hand, which is standard included with Mailbeez right now, but not for the cronjob.

This mailbeez module would send an email a set number of days after the cart was abandoned, either reminding the user, or offering a discount coupon or limited time offer. It would be completely automated, run by a cron job, with only a template required to be designed and created to make things look attractive.

with MailBeez 2.0+ the Eventlog holds a list of events, this log might become large. So this module would periodically clean up the log

Add option for different distribution channels e.g. SMS, Papermail (Printstream), Fax

While HTML emails are nice, unfortunately, much more likely to be flagged as SPAM and dumped into the bulk folder. An option to send only txt emails for those concerned with the highest possible delivery rate would be ideal (Currently, setting the HTML email config option to txt only at the shopping cart level does not affect Mailbeez).

OSC have an integrated module to keep customer notification, but has no way to automatize an email to alert the costumer about that.

So would be nice to have Mailbeez to do that, so the customer intersted in a product can "subscribe" and get a mail alert when the products get back or when the price change.

This module would reward loyalty. Let's say we set a threshold of £1000 before the email is sent. Over a number of orders, many customers will reach this figure. As a reward, mailbeez automatically sends them a voucher for a pre determined figure to say thanks. Tie this in with promotion in their account area, perhaps a graphic or 'spend counter', and you have all the ingredients to incentivise and engender loyalty.

We usually have 300/350 orders in backorder, waiting for the missing products, so we receive large amount of info request from the customer, asking for new ETA and so.

A Mailbeez module to notify customer of new ETA every couple of days (maybe we can choose how often) telling them what is missing and eventually new ETA, or just to tell them we're working for them and the order will be processed asap!

some weekdays are more efficient for Mailings than other. Allow to set the weekdays per Module on which to send out mails.
E.g. Birthday should work on every day
